Contacting Us

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 3.00pm. The office is closed on Sundays, Public Holidays and at Christmas/New Year.

If you wish to visit the office to discuss any issues with your Property Manager, please make an appointment to avoid disappointment as staff are often out of the office at property inspections.

Paying Rent

Cash is not routinely accepted at the office for security reasons. Forms to arrange a direct debit or credit card payment can be obtained by calling our office on (02) 4861 0666.

 

Requesting Repairs

All requests for repairs and maintenance must be in writing and are best reported directly by email to your property manager, [email protected] or via our online enquiry form (link here). 

In the event of an urgent repair (identified below) requiring emergency attention outside normal office hours, you should call the office number (02) 4861 0666 which will offer prompts to the required information. You can also refer to your lease for emergency trade contacts. Please note that an unecessary call out, espeially one that attrects out of hours call charges, will result in you receiving a bill.

Urgent repairs (from NSW Fair Trading guidelines):

a burst water service
a broken or blocked toilet
a serious roof leak
a gas leak
a dangerous electrical fault
flooding or serious flood damage
serious storm or fire damage
a failure of breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
a failure or breakdown of any essential service on the premises for hot water, cooking, heating, cooling or laundering
a fault or any damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure

The landlord or agent must be given reasonable opportunity to arrange the work, or if they cannot be reached, the properly qualified tradesperson nominated on page 2 of your tenancy agreement (lease) should be contacted.
